72 Reasons to use a Real Estate Consultant
One of the many advantages of a "By referral only" consultant is that we spend 100% of our time taking care of our clients needs and their properties. Unlike most Real Estate Salespeople that spend 80% of their time prospecting for new business.
What that means to you is that in over the many years of experience and hundreds of successful closings we have the experience and the tools to overcome each and every problem encountered here, however, it would be unfair for us to say that every problem can be solved. On the following pages we have listed and numbered these problems. We have placed a delay of closing estimate next to each problem and the ones with asterisks (*) are potential deal-killers.
